Taste & Effect

I literally stuck it under my tongue & let it melt naturally in my mouth. I wanted the full effect & I got just that. It also does not have the same effect if you have eaten - an empty tummy is imperative for full effect. It totally relaxed & chilled me & made my senses sharp. Loved them. Highly recommend Ooey Gooeyed
